WHAT IS IT?
Morning journal is a way of opening your day to start in a way that sets you up for the day. Yes these days before the mobile, Facebook, emails had taken the place of a good morning

writing in journal  Priority is to go outside ourselves first, to look at the time, next the mobile phone,  instead of starting the day with listening to our thoughts.

What has come to us during our sleep and what is there in the morning before picking up the mobile iphone messages, emails and playing game on the iphone, ipad, tablets and android.

1. How to use a morning  journal?

Start with 3 pages in a journal.

 

 

Pages 1 is where you are up to in your life right now, what is on your mind and how are you feeling this morning.

Page 2  this page is for you to be thankful for and grateful for in your life and the love of life, family and friends

Page 3 is where you are going today and your vision from this moment on to where you want to be. Some days you may write 3-4 pages another days 1-2 pages.

What this does is your mind is finding those areas that you are being held back in and searches the corners of your mind to find peace as you write in the pages.
Subconscious mind sits peacefully in just being with you and feels like you may be in a deep mediation while writing. Many cry which is a sign of letting go as you putting this on paper and gently move forward.
