Aloe Vera ~ Amazing Plant “The Silent Healer”

I have always wanted to write a book about Aloe Vera from a Mums point of view, I could talk all day about how to make Aloe Vera drink form the leaf, how to apply it on bruises even the local football boys would get injured playing football at the time, often bruised and bending back their fingers were soothed by a layer Aloe Vera gelly and wrapped up to hold it all in place.

…I was one of the football local trainers in our Football and Netball Club. So many stories shared about what we could use Aloe Vera on and sharing with mums how to use it…

Our Three girls and I all played Netball, and my husband with our son, played a game of football in B Grade together when hubby was 40 years old.

…I remember one day you know that feeling when you can see it going to happen and just are not fast enough to stop or interrupt what is going to happen because I had done it myself when I was a little girl and caught my fingers in the car door shutting it.

…Yes it has happened more than once and my Tube of Aloe Vera gelly was in the car, so I quickly pulled it  out to get that gelly on fast, put glad wrap over the hand to keep the gelly all over the poor little fingers, waiting for gelly to numb up the fingers…

Another time when the children were young and living on the Farm, I would make remedies with Aloe Vera put them in the fridge and it was exciting to use my own product from our own Aloe Vera Plants.

We use Aloe Vera for our hair as a conditioner, cleaning our teeth and gets the white plark of our teeth and lovely as a moisturiser on the skin.
